Provider
Coruls services are provided by [name, address, tax ID and company register number of the provider: to be added before the public launch]. Contact: contact@coruls.com.
Services
- Coruls account at auth.coruls.com: registration, sign-in (also with Google), two-step verification, an account panel with the list of sessions, data export and account deletion. One account signs you in to every Coruls product.
- The coruls.com website with product information and a contact form.
- Coruls products (ProductDB, Vaultflow) will be made available later; we will describe their rules in these terms before they launch.
The services are free of charge. During the testing phase they may be interrupted and their features may change.
Technical requirements
You need a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with cookies enabled and an email address. Two-step verification requires an authenticator app (TOTP).
Account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- The agreement for the account is concluded when the account is created and runs for an indefinite period.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and recovery codes confidential. If you suspect someone knows your password, change it in the account panel and end your other sessions.
- You may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting your account in the account panel. You can cancel the deletion within 30 days with the link in the email.
- We may block or delete an account that breaches these terms and will tell you so by email.
Acceptable use
You must not provide unlawful content, infringe the rights of others, distribute malware, attempt to bypass security measures or limits, or place an excessive automated load on the services.
Complaints
Send complaints and feedback about the services to contact@coruls.com, describing the problem and giving your account's email address. We will reply within 14 days.
Liability
We make every effort to keep the services working correctly and securely, but during the testing phase we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights under mandatory law.
Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Final provisions
- These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes with consumers are settled by the courts with jurisdiction under the general rules.
- We will notify registered users of changes to these terms by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not accept the changes, you may delete your account.
